Our client, an established building contractor who specialise in building, commercial & mixed development projects across Ireland. They are currently seeking an M&E Services Coordinator with data centre experience to join their team on a project based in Dublin.

As an M&E Services Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Liaise with statutory service providers
• Review client drawings
• Review and provide feedback on M&E design drawings
• Coordinate M&E drawings/ design/ specification approval process
• Implementation and coordination of specialist subcontractor design
• Provide CDM and Health & Safety input
• Review suppliers and sub-contractor RAMS and assessments
• Coordination of the equipment technical information
• Ensure sufficient resources, plant and materials are available to meet the required programme
• Procurement of material not already in main M&E packages
• Value engineering of materials
• Coordinate onsite installations
• Overseeing Quality Assurance checks
• Obtain and review commissioning and balancing reports and certification

M&E Services Coordinator requirements:

• A Mechanical or Electrical degree or diploma
• 3+ years industry experience in M&E roles
• Experience working on data centre projects is desired
• Excellent communication skills
