O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Junior Site Manager on behalf of our client. Our client is a residential contractor. The Junior Site Manager will join their team based in Navan. The successful candidate will need experience working in a construction site environment.

Junior Site Manager Responsibilities include:

• Assisting Site manager on the daily running of a construction site
• Delivering whiteboard meetings and site safety inductions
• Basic supervision of site staff and subcontractors
• Screening, answering and forwarding telephone calls
• Managing timesheets
• BCAR duties
• Ordering materials

Junior Site Manager Requirements:

• 3rd Level Construction Qualification
• Experience working in a construction site environment
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Excellent organisational skills & the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Highly efficient and self-motivated
