My client are a Groundwork's firm looking for a new member to join their office based in Eastleigh. My client are a Ground works firm who due to their rapid expansion programme have developed the need for a new HR Manager.
As HR Manager, you will assume responsibility for managing the HR service across, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Absence Management, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement, Set up of new started and a general support to the office.
Critical to the role will be the ability to develop relationships at all levels in the company, particularly at Management level, creating an environment of trust and transparency through effective communications.
The successful candidate should have 3 years experience at HR Manager, in a fast paced environment, with strong people management experience.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:
2/3 years HR Management exp within the Construction Industry.
