Our client is recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their team in their Office based in Westmeath.

 

HR Administrator’s Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment sourcing for all company vacancies,
  • Assist with the administration of correspondence associated with the recruitment process,
  • Arranging interviews & coordinating all meetings,
  • Preparation of all HR documentation,
  • Management of all employee records in the strictest confidentiality,
  • Coordinate all training requirements for vacancy’s,
  • Dealing with all departments in a professional & confidential manner.

 

HR Administrator’s Requirements Include:

  • HR qualification or equivalent,
  • 2+ years administration experience,
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times,
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment,
  • Highly efficient and self-motivated.
