Newport,Hertfordshire

Role: Help Desk Administrator needed for an immediate start based in Newport, Hertfordshire.

Skills and Capabilities: 

This role requires good skills and experience of:

  • Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Experience:

  • Experience of working within a team environment
  • Experience of working in a customer focused role
  • Previous experience of a CAFM system Maximo/ Concept is advantageous but not essential.

Experience within the construction industry is not essential.
