Finishing Manager - Thornford - £21 per hour

One of the South East's largest Main Contractors is currently seeking an experience Finishing Manager to join their team on a Contract basis.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Regulating health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Review and approve risk assessments and method statements.
• Setting up the site documentation systems.
• Writing reports, maintaining diaries and records.
• Monitoring subcontractor progress against programme.
• Working closely with the Site Manager and providing regular progress reports.
• Snag and finish each room while filling in relevant documentation.

The project comprises the build of 70 units in a specialised care home.

• 3 years of experience in residential timer framed projects

• Good eye for detail.

• Understand construction drawings and designs.

• Strong Management skills.

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Good level of IT literacy.

• SMSTS.

• CSCS Card.

• First Aid
