One of the UK's leading Main Contractors is currently searching for a Site Administrator to join them on a 2 year project based in Crawley. This is a site based role, working alongside a friendly, professional team and is open to freelance or permanent candidates.
The programme this Contractor use is 4 projects/viewpoint so experience with this software is preferable but not essential. As a Site Administrator you will co-ordinate the document filing and transmittals for the Project Team incorporating Variation Orders and Site Instructions and associated processes.in order to support, the teams on one of the country's best developers sites.
Input and manage incoming documents on data management systems to ensure accurate records of the project documents (4 projects software).
Produce monthly reports/statements on document control status.
Conduct printing and photocopying.
Be highly organised, have strong attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Intermediate to advanced level grasp of Microsoft Office.
Have previous document control experience from within the construction industry (desirable).
Experience of using 4 projects document management would be an advantageous although is not essential.
Have excellent written and communication skills.
