Customer Services Administrator - Temporary Position - Leeds

Customer Services Administrator is required for a large New Build Developer,  based in Leeds. This is a non-customer facing role, working out of their head office.

The ideal candidate must have customer service experience and ideally worked with a developer previously. The role will include reciveing incoming telephone/letter/email enquiries and service requests. Logging/monitoring work and updating/issuing reports. use of various Microsoft Office packages, mainly excel and word. The ideal candidate will be customer focused with the ablity to provide first-class customer service.

This is a contract position, with work for around 2 months. 

Key skills of the required individual include: -

  • Logical and methodical in thinking
  • Organised
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to deal with new issues
  • New ideas to help find solutions
  • The ablitiy to proitise
