We have an immediate requirement for a Customer Services Defects Coordinator.

You will report directly into the Defects Manager.
You will be responsible for Issuing defect reports to assigned subcontractors or GTPSE Customer Services Operatives for completion within the proscribed time scales within the contract.
Ensuring that the Contract Administrator, Client and the Clients Tenants are kept fully appraised of the status of each reported defects issue. Issuing weekly, fortnightly and monthly status reports as required in confirmation of open, closed and abortive issues together with the appropriate objective evidence in confirmation of same.
Liaison with GTPSE supply chain to ensure the completion of all reported defect issues within the contracted timescales
