Customer Service Advisor/administrator - Southampton - £22k Pro Rata - 3 Month Contract to start in January 

My client are a award winning National House Builder looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join there team Mid January for 3 month contract. This role will help out the Customer Care Department dealing with Customer Complaints who are in a 2 year wareentee period of new build homes. You will work with company engineers to schedule in appointments to resolve customer care issues. 

You will be given a script that will assist you with questions to ask customers. 

For this role you will need to show experience in dealing with customer complaints and provide examples of experiences where you have provided good customer service.
