My client are a National House Builder, based in Leatherhead. Due to their expansion programme they are looking to hire a Customer Service Coordinator to be responsible for the care of their current 6 sites which will be expanding to 15 live sites in the next 2/3 years.
This is an exciting time to join their team due to their 2017-2018 planned large expansion programme. They are seeking to recruit talented candidates to help improve productivity and growth of this office.
Specifically, for this role, they require a Customer Service Operative to liaise with the Customer Care Team and Customers to rectify any problems with their new build housing. You will be working on the 2 year defects programme for new builds, working to improve customer homes. This role is based 80% on the telephone and 20% administration. You must heave expereince in dealing with complaints previously. House build knowledge would be beneficial but is not a must.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Strong communication skills
- Have experience with another National House builder
- Able to organise and prioritise work offiiciently
- Good customer service experience
- Good problem solving abilities
This is a full time role offering a competitive salary which is based on experience.
