Customer Care Coordinator - Perm - Bournemourth
My client are a National House Builder, based in Bournemouth. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service focused individual to join their small team in Customer Care. Salary is between . My client are looking for people who are enthusiastic and passionate about the Customer Journey and always pushing a 100% customer service level.
Specifically, for this role, they require a Customer Care Coordinator to liaise with the Maintenance Operatives and Customers to rectify any problems with their new build housing. You will be working on the 2 year defects programme for new builds, working to improve customer homes. This role is based 80% on the telephone and 20% administration. It will intail logging complaints and querries onto the internal systems and scheduling maintenance operatives diaries to complete the scheduled works.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Strong communication skills
- Have experience with another National House builder
- Able to organise and prioritise work offiiciently
- Good customer service experience
- Good problem solving abilities
A competitive salary will be offered based on experience with working for National House Builders. This will range from anything between £25- £26k.
