About the Role:

• Control of all site matters
• Ensuring that projects are run to schedule and cost
• Maximising project profits
• Reporting to Operations Director
• Regular progress reports
• Permanent role

About the Candidate:

• Ideally previous Contract Management experience within Groundworks
• At least 7 years’ Groundworks experience
• Managed high value projects
• Relevant construction qualifications
• Be able to cover projects in and around London
