I am working on behalf of a very successful construction company based in Milton Keynes.

Due to an increase in project workload they require a Contracts Administrator to hit the ground running and join them on a 3-month contract.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the following:

  • General administration
  • Timesheet entry, internal systems.
  • Updating V Nexus
  • Raising requisitions on COINS
  • Data entry, updating trackers, overtime and quotes.
  • It would be advantageous if the candidates have used COINS and V Nexus previously, but training will be given
  • A good knowledge of Excel and Word is essential.
  • The office is very busy and this individual will be expected to do other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Key Skills

  • The contract duration is 3 months.
  • Working hours 8am-5pm with 1-hour lunch break.
  • Looking to start someone ASAP.
  • Rate advertised is PAYE.
