Construction Site Administrator



€35,000 - €40,000 per annum


O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Office Administrator on behalf of our client. Our client is a leading construction company with various ongoing projects across Ireland. The successful candidate must have minimum 3 years’ experience in an office administration role. The Construction Office Administrator will join their team based in their offices in Longford.


Construction Office Administrator responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for maintaining the stock records & allocating material to projects
  • Printing of production drawings for issuing to factory floor
  • Maintain the QC records
  • Manage data entry onto the internal systems
  • Ensure all data is kept up to date
  • Assist with all ad hoc duties for the operations & production management team


Construction Office Administrator requires:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an office administration role
  • Experience working within the construction industry is desired
  • Must be able to read engineering drawings
  • Experience using AutoCAD or similar software
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines & ability to priortise workload accordingly
