Construction Project Manager

South Ockendon, UK

Project Manager

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum


My client is one of the UK’s most successful National House Builders who are looking for a Project Manager to join their new development based in South Ockendon, Essex. 

The project is a part of a regeneration scheme and will provide 200 new homes. This development will be split with half being apartments and half being traditional houses. The apartments will be split over three RC Frame blocks and the houses will cater for 2 -4 bedrooms.

As Project Manager you will be fully responsible for the commercial and operational management of the project, along with an experienced Design and Commercial team. You would be reporting to a visiting Operations Manager and will directly manage a team of two permanent managers. 

The ideal candidate will be currently managing new build residential projects or a Site Manager who is looking to step up and manage their own project. 

Experience Required:

·          Experience managing or working on traditional build residential project.

·         Strong IT and communication skills.

·         Experience working with design and commercial teams on package tenders. 

·         Essential construction certificates include: SMSTS, CSCS Managerial and First Aid 

My client will offer a salary of up to £65,000 dependant on experience plus full benefits package.
