Customer Care Administrator - Perm - Bournemourth
My client are a National House Builder, based in Bournemouth. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service administrator to work in the Customer Service department for a National House Builder. My client are looking for people who are enthusiastic and organised.
Specifically, for this role, they require an administrator to work alongside Customer Care to support them with administration. You will be working on the 2 year defects programme for new builds, dealing with invoicing, contracts, various administration and paper work when dealing with home care.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Strong communication skills
- Have experience in the construction industry
- Able to organise and prioritise work offiiciently
- Good use of microsoft packages
- Good problem solving abilities
A competitive salary will be offered based on experience with working for National House Builders. This will range from anything between £25- £26k.
