Commercial Administrator - Permanent Role - Sundridge

Commercial Administrator required for a Construction Company based in Sundridge. This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary between £20,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 17.00pm. 

As a Commercial Administrator your key responsibilities will be to coordinate, organise and ensure the smooth running of the Estimating/Installation Department with duties to include:
  •  To be the first point of contact for anyone contacting or visiting the department
  •  Attending meetings and taking minute meetings when necessary
  •  Recording new enquiries and file accordingly
  •  Invoicing
  •  Raising Purchase Orders if necessary  
  •  Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and new order files per contract
  •  Filing technical information such as drawings and product brochures
  •  Gathering and producing company documentation such as pre-qualification questionnaires and operation and maintenance manuals
  •  Organising samples from suppliers to send to the client and seeing through to ensure successful delivery
  •  Following up on new leads to promote the company and ultimately gain new customer orders
  •  General administrative tasks and duties

In order to become part of this successful team you must possess the following:
  •  Good working knowledge of IT Systems and Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
  •  Professional yet friendly telephone manner
  •  Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  •  Able to prioritise workloads
  •  A keen eye for detail
  •  Reliable and dependable
