Cladding Manager- High End Developer, South West London - £65,000 to £75,000 plus Car or Allowance, Bonus and Package.

One of the UK’s leading Developers is looking for a Cladding Manager to join its team to oversee its external package.

This developer is offering you the chance to be part of exciting projects.

Project:

High end  project delivered over 3 – 10 storeys giving a total of approximately 184 homes.

Role:
The Cladding Manager is responsible for the overall technical co-ordination of the façade construction process (in conjunction with the senior management team), through the co-ordination and documentation of design and program requirements.

Day-day duties:

  • The role provides a link between design, building trades and sub-contracts to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Assist Project Management throughout the value management process to maximise the financial benefit of the design.
  • Support the preconstruction and construction teams in all aspects of facade engineering including design development, procurement and construction.
  • Manage changes to engineering design whilst being mindful of budgetary requirements
  • Managing and coordinating Facade Trade Contractor.
  • Producing short-term program of works and coordinates the works with Brickworks and scaffolding.
  • Solving the day to day construction /design issues on-site with internal design team
  • Review the Facade works RAMS.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience managing external packages on large Residential Sites.
  • Previous experience managing sub-contractors on a Construction Site.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Organised, motivated and strong planning skills.
  • Proven people leadership skills.
