Assistant Site Manager - Residential Developer

£42,000 - £48,000 per annum

A new opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading housebuilder, renowned for high quality homes and desirable developments. This position will be leading an exciting development at the Tadpole Garden Village Development.

Delivering a total of 160+ units, comprising a selection of thre and four bed homes, this will be an exciting addition to the existing Garden Village development.

This development requires an experienced Assistant Site Manager, who shows particular leadership when managing programme and quality.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Working with the existing site management of this residential development, to ensure quality homes are completed in time and on budget for customer occupation.
  • SMSTS, CSCS Manager’s card and First Aid qualified.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and trades to ensure they are meeting key build milestones.
  • Manage health and safety at all times across site operations ensuring everyone on site is in accordance with company procedures
  • Co-operate and work closely with the National House Building Council (NHBC) to carry out site and plot inspections.
  • Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC and Health & Safety Legislation.
  • Ability to plan and make decisions, take accountability for, and justify actions, ensuring teams deliver on those decisions whilst being supported by your direct and indirect managers. .

  • An experienced Assistant Site Manager, who can demonstrate a continued track record of delivering high quality developments and is looking to progress with a major national housebuilder
  • Someone who understands the challenges of the housing industry, and crucially can galvanise a positive site environment, motivating teams to high performance levels.
