£35,000 - £45,000 per annum


Architectural Assistant - High End Developer, Middlesex - £35,000 to £45,000 plus Car or Allowance, Bonus and Package.

A leading residential developer in the UK is looking for an architectural assistant to join its team to work as a Technical Coordinator.

They are one of the leading luxury developers in London if not the in UK; its developments are among the most sought after in London.

They have annual turnover just over £1 Billion, renowned for designing and building award winning residential developments. They have been voted as one of the top 20 companies to work for.

The Company will offer you excellent career development and progression, they are ideally looking for someone who his keen to progress to a Technical Manager in the next two years.

The Project:

A mixed scheme consisting of low rise RC frame and traditional built homes.

Currently at ground works stage, you will work alongside the design team and the site team on the external package and as the project progresses you will move on the internal package.

The Role:

  • To coordinate all technical information on projects from inception to completion.
  • Providing back-up to the Technical Manager on the job.
  • Providing architectural and engineering support for projects.
  • To liaise with internal and external departments to overcome issues.
  • To provide working drawings and ancillary detailing.
  • To attend and contribute to design meetings.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have a minimum of three years’ experience gained in Architects practice,
  • Part II qualified.
  • Site Experience/Project Based.
  • A Good technical knowledge of both house and flat construction is essential.
  • Experience of working on RC frame developments.
  • Ideally Degree Educated.
  • Will have up to date knowledge of UK building regulations and NHBC standards.
  • Be ambitious and keen to progress within an established company.
