One of the Country's most respected Main Contractors is seeking a highly competent Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

The role/duties

The role is based at the Construction Company’s HQ in Basingstoke. The role largely entail the production of Documents relating to Bids and Tenders.

The duties are to include the following:

  • Formatting
  • Editing
  • Organizing (page numbers etc)
  • Liaising with Quantity Surveyors, Bid Managers and Project Managers.

The ideal candidate will have experience taking Documents from multiple people and sources, before compiling them into a presentable and clear Document.

Publishing, editing or document producing experience is not essential but would be desirable.

Construction experience is not essential
