Administrator- Estimating Department 2683

Our client is a privately owned company and is one of Ireland’s leading building contractors. They are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Estimating Department in North Dublin

 

Primary Responsibilities as an Administrator

  • General office administration
  • Registering and recording drawings and Bills of Quantities received in the department
  • Keeping record of all relevant information received
  • Photocopying drawings and Bills of Quantities received in the department.
  • Printing, filing & scanning of documents
  • Typing letters and other pieces of correspondence.
  • Sending relevant documents to subcontractors or suppliers so as to receive quotations for different work elements.
  • Calling subcontractors and suppliers to follow up on all quotations etc.

 

As Administrator, you will have

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment ideally in construction or a related sector. 
  • Highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Highly efficient and self-motivated
