Job description

We require a well experienced Multi trader, we are looking for a plumber by trade with knowledge/experience of other trades is strongly preferred. Qualifications required as well as experienced in property maintenance procedures. You will be working all around London (within M25) Mon - Fri start time 9am - 5pm therefore a Full, clean, UK driving licence is essential.

You will be required to attend different sites/properties across London to complete the issues identified in each property. The majority of the works will be all types of plumbing issues etc.. Domestic household pipework, fault finding and solving issues with water tanks, replacing taps/shower valves and identifying and resolving leaks etc.. this job will require other skills therefore experience and knowledge in other trades is strongly preferred.

All jobs are arranged by the office so the candidate needs to attend and carry out the works as per requirements. We use a software which can be downloaded onto a smart device where your jobs will be sent through to complete detailed reports, photo & video evidence following findings. Vans and clothing to be provided however we expect all engineers to supply their own tools.

Experience and Requirements

  • Full UK Driving License (required)
  • Plumbing Qualifications (preferred)
  • Plumbing: 5 years’ experience
  • Property Maintenance
