Seeking a Contracts Manager to be Based in a Central London Office. This is for a leading and international Construction firm.
The role of the Contracts Manager is to manage a number of contracts ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and with high levels of client and resident satisfaction. To run the contract from handover to final completion (completion of Defects Liability Period), including preparation of the SHEQ Plan. To take control of the fire risk assessment plan, traffic management plan and project risk assessments. To be responsible for ensuring projects are adequately resourced to be managed safely, whilst maximising efficiency. To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy and ensure all employees reporting to you do the same and being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are upheld to the highest of standards at all times. Reporting into the Senior Contracts Manager / Area Director.
