We are looking for a Material Controller for a National House Build company based in Wimborne.

Your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited too, 

• Taking delivery of materials. 
• Control and organisation of the compound and storage areas, ensuring they are well organized and tidy at all times.
• Keep and maintain the inventory of materials on site.
• To ensure materials are ready when required and distributed to the correct plots on site.
• Notify Site Manager of any shortages in materials on delivery.
• Be familiar with the build program and monitor stock levels of bulk materials to ensure sufficient materials on site.
• Effective management of waste or excess materials.
• Be aware of expected deliveries for plot specific materials and chase with the supplier to ensure they are on site when required

Must hold a vaild CSCS Card
