O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our team based in Little Island, Co. Cork.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years’ administration experience.

Office Administrator Responsibilities include:

  • General administrative duties.
  • Monitoring emails and enquiries via email and phone.
  • Management of office supplies.
  • Monitoring of outgoing and incoming post.
  • Manage data entry onto the internal systems.
  • Ensure all data is up-dated.
  • Assist with all ad hoc duties for the Labour and Trades department.
  • Providing support to the account managers as required.
  • Dealing with enquiries from applicants and operatives on site.
  • Assist other departments when required.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and ability to prioritise workload accordingly.

Office Administrator Requirements:

  • Two years’ experience in administration.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly efficient and self-motivated.
