Technical/Hard Services Manager
A leading client In Suffolk are seeking a Hard Services manager, who will be responsible for the operational activity of their contracts.
The Hard Services Manager would be responsible for delivery of all aspects of Hard Services work that falls under the responsibility of the facilities management contractor. This may consist of preventative maintenance, enhancement work and project related works.
The purpose is to lead the Hard Services team, including Painters, HVAC, Fire, Electrical and BFM. You must be an effective team leader focused on customer care with a “can do” attitude. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to lead the team in a changing business environment.
What you'll need to succeed within the role
Experience in a similar managerial position is advantagous, as well as decisive and effective organisational skills. The ideal candidate would have a strong Mechanical and Electrical background and have experiance of leading a large team.
