O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Junior MEP Services Coordinator on behalf of our Client, a leading construction company who specialise in infrastructure & fit outs, with various ongoing projects across the country.

The Junior MEP Services Coordinator will join their team on a project based in Dublin.

Junior MEP Services Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Reporting to and assisting the Senior MEP Coordinator 
• Be aware of their legal, practical and regulatory responsibilities, and have a detailed understanding of Health and Safety
• Assist with the production of M&E drawings
• Attend project team meetings as required
• Coordinate the production of the following documents at practical completion: As built drawings O&M manuals
• Track the progress of MEP sub-contractors against the main programme and report any variances to the Contracts Manager
• Liaise with the utility suppliers to arrange for power, gas and telco connections
• Provide the project team with up to date information on current MEP developments

Junior MEP Services Coordinator Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering/ Quality
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to understand design requirements and client briefs
• Strong IT and communication skills.
