You will be managing a permanent desk and a portfolio of Main Contracting clients that have been developed.

You will come in and hit the ground running with access to business tools you need to succeed in your career with us.

The Candidate

• 2 – 3 years Construction Recruitment Experience ideally

• A confident, ambitious and determined attitude is essential

• Excellent Telephone manner, confident speaking to new candidates and clients

• Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business orientated.

• Ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships

• Exceptional communication skills
