*Site Manager needed in Oxfordshire!*

I am working with a small/medium sized Main Contractor who are looking for a strong Site Manager to take a development of 10 timber frame 4/5/6 bedroom houses from start to finish.

The start date for this project is in May and the client are growing quickly with an abundance of work in the pipeline, this is a chance to be the number one on site and become an integral part of a flourishing company where you can work closely with the team and make a real impact.

The client will be paying up to 55k + package for this permanent position.

You will

-Have timber frame or traditional build residential experience (from either a main contractor or developer background).

-Have taken projects through to completion.

-Be ambitious and confident in your ability to manage a team and complete work to a high standard.

-Be experienced in both internal and external packages
