O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Finishing Foreman to join a residential developer, working on a new build development in STockport.

All applicants MUST have experience working as a Finishing Foreman on  Residential Developments and ideally have a trade background.

Required for this role:

3+ years’ Experience working on Internals as a Foreman on new build projects.

Valid First Aid at Work Certificate

SMSTS

CSCS

NVQ Level 5 or above (desirable)

Trade Background (desirable)

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
