O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator on behalf of our client, a main contractor who specialise in various areas such as Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Industrial, Civil/Streetscape, Leisure and Hospitality projects across Ireland.

This is a West Cork  based role. The successful candidate will have minimum of a 3+ years Site Administrator work experience and can start immediately.

The duties for a Site Administrator include:

  • General Administration
  • Manage the company DropBox – coordination of project folders
  • Maintain the site records – weekly Timesheets, Site Photo’s, Management of POD’s & Supplier Invoices etc.
  • Ad hoc duties

Site Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Experience in dealing with material requisitions & purchase order systems is required
  • Experience with BCAR, DropBox & SharePoint
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a busy work environment
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
