O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator on behalf of our Client. The Company has a proven track record of delivering major infrastructure, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.

This is a Co. Tipperary based role with immediate start, and the successful candidate will have minimum a 2+ years Site Administrator work experience.

The duties for a Site Administrator include:

  • General Administration
  • Manage the company DropBox – coordination of project folders
  • Maintain the site records – weekly Timesheets, Site Photo’s, Management of POD’s & Supplier Invoices etc.
  • All other duties associated with the role

Site Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Experience in dealing with material requisitions & purchase order systems is required
  • Experience with BCAR, DropBox & SharePoint
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a busy work environment
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
