Our team is now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support some of our biggest clients in London. You will be filling roles in the Construction market in a fast paced and rewarding role.

In order to be successful in the role you will have a positive, can-do attitude and be ambitious to become a high achiever.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Managing your own fast paced desk within the construction industry

- Maximising the return on clients who are working with us

- Growing the scope and reach of your desk, successfully bring in new business

- Working towards reaching the companies financial targets

- Continue to work towards building a strong network of your own clients and candidates

To be successful in this role you will:

- Display a consultative and professional approach

- Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with clients and candidates at all levels

- Able to work under pressure

- Able to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
