O'Neill and Brennan are currently recruiting for a receptionist for a position based in Manchester. 

The job duties will include:

  • Meet and greet visitors courteously and professionally  
  • Answering calls and directing to the relevant person
  • Responding to inquires by dealing with them or referring to the appropriate person
  • Directing customers by maintaining employee and department directories
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide administrative assistance 

 

The Successful candidate will be proactive, helpful, informative and courteous in all customer situations. 

They must  also possess excellent listening and communication skills and be competent when using IT packages such as Word and Excel.
