£18,000 - £22,000 per annum
Our client, a well-respected 5 Star build are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their Commercial Team based in their regional Head Office.
Administrator’s responsibilities include:
•General office administration
•Keeping record off all relevant information received
•Printing, filing & scanning of documents
•Typing letters and other pieces of correspondence.
•Sending relevant documents to subcontractors or suppliers to receive quotations for different work elements.
•Calling subcontractors and suppliers to follow up on all quotations etc.
The successful Administrator requires:
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment
•Experience working in the construction sector would be a distinct advantage
•Highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite
•Outstanding communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
•Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
•Highly efficient and self-motivated
