O'Neill & Brennan are glad to be assisting a leading D&B Main Contractor, on an exciting project in the heart of London for which they require a Technical Designer on a permanent basis. 

Our client is a very reputable commercial fit out outfit, that has projects across London. They are an exciting, innovative company established in 2020, with a turnover of £30-35 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be confident pitching design concepts.
• Value engineering.
• Actively contribute to the delivery by the Design Team of an efficient service, in terms of time and cost, to its customer, internal and external, and to the Design Team achieving its targets.
• Carry out allocated tasks accurately, efficiently and in accordance with programme and budget.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company systems, procedures and with work norms.
• Be familiar with and ensure that any drawings prepared accord with the project specifications.
• Suggest solutions to any design issues that arise.
• Recognise any additional work and inform the Design Office Manager / Team Leader of any associated costs / time.
• Ensure bulk orders, MAD information and installation drawings are prepared in accordance with the programme and are suitable for the needs of production and installation.
