O’Neill and Brennan are assisting a well established contractor on their search for a Commercial lead to head up their team in North London.

They have been operating as a business for over 20 years, with projects valued between £100k to circa £4m and majority of them located in Central London. They are seeking a well-versed manager who has the skills and experience to lead the business from a commercial perspective.

Project types range from sub-contracting to principle contracting, including jobs such as heritage restoration and external refurbishment projects. This opportunity is open to surveyors who have worked with sub-contractors and/or main contractors, in a senior role that will ensure they have the experience and commitment to run the business commercially.

This may prove a great opportunity for a manager who has worked at large companies previously and wants to join a business where they can have more influence on the commercial aspects, adding their own style to ensure the company operates efficiently. Equally, it would suit a manager at a smaller sized contractor (turnover above £5m) who has been commercial lead for at least 2 years.
