Our Civils Division are currently looking for experienced Supervisors for a Drainage Project based in Hereford.

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, Coordinating and supervising all of the day to day Site Activities set out by the Client. The Site Supervisor will ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the Project expectations and in line with approved Method Statements.

Key elements is to ensure that the work is carried out and delivered safely, on time and within the budgets agreed on the Project. There will also be a key element of managing Materials and equipment where required

Responsibility:

• To comply with the Client & Company induction information
• To ensure all works are carried out in line with Approved Method Statements
• To comply with O&B A&D Policy
• Report hazards (Don’t Walk By)
• To comply with O&B work-safe policy
• To comply all WPP & Site Task Briefings
• Monitor working hours
• Ensure Site Operatives complete all required documentation in accordance with Company procedures
• Close Call Reporting – where required
• Comply with site rules and regulations at all times
• Wear PPE as directed and report damage to the delivery team
• Report damage to equipment
• Co-Ordinate delivery/pick up of materials set when requested
• Consistently develop and pass on knowledge to the teams

Competency Required:

• SSSTS
• SMSTS
• Significant work history as Site Supervisor on similar Projects with minimum 5+ Years’ experience
