Role: Assistant Site Manager

Contract type: Temp to perm 

Start date: Monday 1st August

Salary/Rate: £24 - £26 per hour

The Role

I am looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a House Builder on a temp to perm basis. You will be reporting into the Site Manager taking on all tasks set out and assisting in the site office. 

• Carrying out plot inspections at various stages of the build process
• Order any non-supply and fit materials for works to be completed and ensure they are checked for damage and compliance
• Liaise with the Housing Association to action remedial items raised.
• Ensure all plots have a customer care pass before obtaining CML prior to legal completion.

The Project

The project is a new build development of 120 units consisting of traditional build housing.

The Candidate

You must have worked as an Assistant Site Manager for at least 1 year and worked on high volume residential sites. A strong communicator with the drive to push trades on site. Someone who can take the initiative and complete daily tasks on time and at a good standard. Familiar with NHBC requirements and regulations, be able to snag units and finish to a high standard.

A trades background is a huge bonus but not essential for the role.
