Our Civils Division have secured a number of key Projects and we are looking for an experienced Customer Services Coordinator to provide key support to a busy operation.
Excellent Communication skills
Previous experience working on a busy telephone system
Experience of working within an administration role
Good understanding of Word and Excel
High attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent time management
Ability to work as part of a fast paced environment, as well as working on own initiative
Ability to provide a full support mechanism to a busy department
Similar experience within an administrative function
Microsoft packages experience highly regarded
Excellent communication skills
Accuracy skills essential
