Our Civils Division have secured a number of key Projects and we are looking for an experienced Customer Services Coordinator to provide key support to a busy operation.

Key Criteria:

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Previous experience working on a busy telephone system

  • Experience of working within an administration role

  • Good understanding of Word and Excel

  • High attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent time management

  • Highly organised

  • Ability to work as part of a fast paced environment, as well as working on own initiative

  • Ability to provide a full support mechanism to a busy department


  • Similar experience within an administrative function

  • Microsoft packages experience highly regarded

  • SAP Experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Accuracy skills essential
