We have an exciting role for a Administrator to start on Torness Powerstation, working within the operations department.

The Role:

Receiving incoming calls and directing them to the relevant departments and receiving staff and visitors at the main reception desk.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Gathering data from various sources to present to management
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Booking training and site access for new starters and visitors. 
  • Supporting collegues with Admin duties.
  • Mainting diarys to coordinate meetings, travel etc.
  • A confident communicator with an approachable personality.
  • The ability to resolve issues using your initiative, reacting quickly and positively to produce the best possible results under pressure.
  • You must be able to demonstrate a flexible and calm approach to work.

The successful candidate will be given full training and be supported through the Nuclear clearance process. As this is a nuclear site CTC clearance is advantageous but not essential. Working hours are from 8:30 to 16:00 Monday to Friday.
