£13.00 per hour

Our Infrastructure Division has secured some key contracts and we are currently looking for a strong Multifunctional Administration Planner for a large infrastructure company based in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Key Criteria:

  • Cost effective distribution of company products
  • Manage material service levels
  • Work effectively with the haulage help desk to ensure processes are robust and result in minimal haulage queries
  • Communicate confidently with customers and all key stakeholders
  • React in a timely and efficient manner to any internal or external unplanned events
  • Build strong relationships with key customers
  • Highly organized
  • The ability to work on own initiative as well as an in a fast-paced team


  • Similar experience within an administration planning function
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft packages
