O&B are working with a progressive national practice offering professional construction consultancy services to a wide range of clients across various industry sectors and we are looking to speak with experienced Account Managers to cover the Birmingham office on a part time basis.

The hours will roughly be 15/20 per week with some additional hours for year end.

The Company uses Sage50 Cloud Professional Software, including Sage Drive to process sales and purchases. Transactions are allocated to Departments and project codes for other offices, ensuring all costs are split correctly between the other offices enabling to generate individual Profit & Loss accounts.

Experience

  • Experience in Sage Cloud Professional accounts – competent in producing monthly management and annual accounts to Profit and Loss / Balance Sheet. 
  • Experience in Sage Cloud Professional Payroll – including all aspects of payroll, expenses, pensions contributions and Statuary payments.
  • Competent in Word and Excel
  • At Least 5-years’ experience in Accounts and Payroll working at a management level.
  • High Level of accuracy in work
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work to the required deadlines.
  • Must be able to work on own initiative and without supervision
  • Effective organisational skills including time management
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
