This week (13-19th May) is Mental Health Awareness week and O’Neill & Brennan have been supporting it nationwide, across each of its offices. Mental Health Awareness week is dedicated to increasing awareness of mental health, and this year’s theme is body image.
O’Neill & Brennan have been involved by ensuring each office is aware of the campaign and know that support is there if they ever need it. Each office was sent some treats, more information about the week and a lightbox with a positive message written on it to reinforce that help is always available. There has also been frequent internal communication by our Mental Health Ambassadors, who have shared useful resources and advice on how to de-stress and stay calm.
This is not the only mental health initiative that O’Neill & Brennan are involved in. They have a designated mental health first aider who is point of contact for employees who need some support and an Employee Assistance Programme service which is another avenue employees can go down for confidential help.
