Through our Construct A Career programme we offer training opportunities to individuals across the country.
The Care Leaver Covenant is a national inclusion programme that supports care leavers aged 16-25 to live independently. They create meaningful opportunities for care leavers in five key areas and support care leavers to access these opportunities.
O’Neill & Brennan are offering an Employability Course in the Construction industry through Care Leaver Covenant which provides training, support, and mentoring. Additionally, introductions to trades and office-based apprenticeships are available. We look to provide recruitment with purpose and ensure we are supporting all groups furthest from the workforce. The current climate means it is more important than ever to provide the necessary training to the next generation of workers in the industry.
