O’Neill & Brennan were last week delighted to take part in another Wates Building Futures event, this time in Haringey. Much like the event which Ian Richardson attended in Bournemouth this April, O’Neill & Brennan staff were again on hand to help with mock interviews. It is hoped that this event will, like others of its type, help people into contruction jobs.

Karina Stamburska and Senan O'Grady did the honours this time around, and were impressed with the enthusiasm of all in attendance. O’Neill & Brennan also assisted in the marketing for this event, with Wates utilising our recruitment beacons to advertise to the local community.

About Building Futures: (Source- http://www.wates.co.uk/sustainability/communities/employment-and-training)

'Since 2005, we have supported more than 850 people through our ‘Building Futures’ programme – a two-week QCF accredited course that we run in partnership with Ixion Holdings a not-for-profit training organisation. The course provides people with the skills they need to move between unemployment and a job. Of those who have participated in ‘Building Futures,’ 55% have moved into employment, education or further training.'
