M&E Coordinator – Donegal

Salary:  €60K – €70K

Due to increased business growth, they are seeking an M&E Coordinator.

Job Summary:

We are recruiting for an M&E Coordinator for our Client. This is a permanent, full-time position, it would be best suited to an ambitious, goal-oriented M&E Coordinator. The successful candidate will join their team in Donegal and will report to the MEP Services Manager and Senior Engineer.

Your responsibilities will be as below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the MEP Services Manager & Senior Engineer
• Managing progression of MEP services from start to practical completion.
• Ensure all submissions follow procedure & codification systems as per document plan
• Liaising with the Project Managers on site
• Project Handover & Demonstrations
• Be responsible for obtaining necessary technical, Health & Safety and personal training and development to meet both external (legislation etc.) and internal (increased performance etc.) demands

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years Commercial Building project experience
• A steady background in Mechanical and or Electrical with a Degree and or Trade in Building Services M&E.
• Knowledge and experience of Revit/BIM.
• Previous projects experience preferable.
