O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer on behalf of our Client a well-established company. They operate in various Construction and Civil Engineering sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Educational, Pharmaceutical, Roads, Groundworks, Retail, & Leisure.

This is a permanent role based in Donegal.

Building Services Engineer responsibilities are:

Responsible for the coordination of all building services
Oversee all building aspects of the project, from specifications & procurement to the testing of services.
Liaise with design team on a regular basis.
Responsible for the coordination of subcontractors on site
Ensure all building work complies with company standards.
Ad Hoc duties as required.

Building Services Engineer Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or relevant qualification
3+ years' relevant experience in the construction industry working on projects.
BIM and Revit experience
Electrical experience
